Your private guide and air-conditioned vehicle will collect you from your hotel, airport, or preferred location within Amritsar city limits. (Pickup from airport or hotels near the airport may incur an additional charge.) 

Golden Temple
Begin at the Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib)—the spiritual heart of Sikhism. Explore the inner sanctum and community kitchen (langar) with your guide, and learn about the temple's historic and cultural significance.

Jallianwala Bagh & Partition Museum
Visit Jallianwala Bagh, the sorrowful memorial of the tragic 1919 massacre. Then, if included in your tour, step into the Partition Museum to gain a deeper understanding of Partition and the shared history it encompasses.

Take a moment to relax—perhaps back at your hotel or nearby eatery. Enjoy refreshments or a light snack before heading out to the border ceremony.

Wagah Border Flag Retreat
Enjoy a scenic drive to the Wagah–Attari border in time for the moving flag-lowering ceremony. This daily military pageantry at sunset includes precision drills, patriotic songs, and vibrant crowd engagement. Note that since May 20, 2025, gates remain closed during the ceremony and traditional cross-border handshakes have been discontinued for enhanced security. 

After the ceremony, your vehicle will drive you back to your hotel or preferred drop-off point in Amritsar—wrapping up a full day of spiritual insight, historical depth, and cultural spectacle.
